Prof. Rupesh Chakraborty was born on 1st August 1942 in a zamindar family of Chittagong(now in Bangladesh). After completing the college education, he completed the course of Mokhtarship in 1959. He was one of these fortunate who got an opportunity to go England tour with Mr. S. M. Bazbor Haque, the then President of the Krishak Samaj Perty, of chittogong .He had the good opportunity of working with Seikh Mujibar Rahaman (the then Member of the parliament of Pakistan ) , as his secretary during 1957 - 1961 . Thereafter , he worked in Alpha General Insurance Co Ramna, Dhaka as the secretary of Seikh Mujibar Rahaman , who was the general manager of the company during Martial Law imposed by field Marshall dyub khan.
He visited Japan along with Mr. S. M. Bazbor Haque , who was the sole selling indenting agent of Kawasaki Steel Corporation , Osaka, Japan . Prof. Chakraborty came in touch with different rinds of people of various spheres in overseas countries which helped him in giving a new outlook to his profession , as an astrologer .
In December 1961 , Prof. Chakraborty migrated to India and joined in a bank ,namely Indequip Ltd. Ahmedabad as the secretary of Mr. Anil Bhi Parekh , the director of the bank .
In 1968 he joined Central glass Ceramic Research Institute (under science and technology dept. Govt. of India) and retired as a private secretary in 2002 July.
